Add products to the shopping cart.
Go to the checkout page and click “Checkout” (Login is required).
Add or edit shipping and billing addresses, then select a shipping method.
Submit the order and complete the payment.
Log in to your account.
Hover over the “Account” icon at the top right and click “Order History”.
Go to the order history page and click “Cancel Order”.
Please contact customer service. You will need to provide: order number, material number (if canceling partially), and reason for cancellation.
In-stock orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Ordered items cannot be canceled after payment or contract signing. If there is a supply issue, customer service will proactively contact you.
